– scene and member renewal strategies (GL)
We are at 105 members with Green Teacher being sent out by
Outdoor School staff, albeit late. Ecolacy will hopefully be continued, as
Selina is interested in doing this, however preference appears to be to do it
on-line to reduce paper consumption and costs, as well as time.

II) EVENT PLANNING (45 mins)
A)
Celestial Event (GL and JS)
1) Updates-
we had 19 registered at meeting date, now up to 28 plus exec.
2) Planning,
roles and logistics- timing is for 6-8pm with Indian food being delivered to
Johan’s. We are looking forward to small group and large group discussion on ee
in our classrooms.
3) Promotions
phase II- will spread the word to Beginner Teachers, in addition to info being
sent to current members with latest copy of Green Teacher; info sent to
schools via email as well.
B) New Teachers Conference – updates and team planning
(PR and All) Genny and Patrick presenting on Sat., 2 sessions and manning the
booth, and Diane and Nichole manning the booth on Friday. Will sell remaining
Green Teacher books.
C) Fall 06 Conference – planning

Venue-Oct.
20th everyone to check into possible venues. Diane and David to
check at Science World to see if 100 people might be able to attend.
