The BCTF Research Department conducts major studies (2009, 2001) of British Columbia teachers’ experiences of working and learning conditions in the classroom and school community. We hope that our results will enhance the quality of information available about BC teachers’ working lives and promote healthy and viable working and learning conditions in BC classrooms.
