Membership scene (GL)- Genny needs packages for new
members from Patrick. Genny is recommending ease of sign-up
for new members on website. Selina has brochure and
will send to all executive for updating.
B) Outreach

updates on redesign process (JS)- Mike Rogers hired to redesign. Johan to chat
with him Mon. June 5th and all will have opportunity to see shadow
site, before it goes live, to give feedback.
Johan asking all to send pictures if you have any for website. Selina interested in taking a website construction course
this summer to maintain website.

Ecolacy: visioning for 06-07 (SM)- lots of ideas, just needs
time to implement.
C) Finances (NM)- currently around
$8000.00 after spending $1000.00 for members’ packages to EEBC (Green
Teacher/Clearing)

FALL 06 CONFERENCE – planning (45 mins)

Venue
update (DZ)- Bowen Island is still a venue that David is exploring, however we
are tempted to go with a local GVRD venue and connecting with Bruce Ford

Program
planning (All) – Genny says Bruce is keen to join us
in offering a fall conference, possibly around Burnaby Lake. David to discuss
further with him on Thurs., June 8th.

Other business – Environmental Concepts in the Classroom is being rewritten by
Rick Kool and David Zandvliet
with greater expansion of ideas of direct experience and conceptual ideas of env. Curriculum.
Should be done by end of September. David will send executive an update
of the this document. The acronym CARE chosen for complexity of systems,
aesthetics, responsibility for the earth and environmental ethic.

we can go for a swim/hike)
