BCTF Human Rights Observers in Honduras

BCTF President, Irene Lanzinger, and Larry Kuehn took part as human rights observers during the November 2009 Honduras elections.  The BCTF has worked with teachers in Honduras for the past 25 years and responded to a call for observers.
