4. Who are the conference organizers? BCSSTA and Burnaby Social Studies Teachers.
5. What is the typical attendance? 250-300 Late intermediate and secondary teachers.
6. Where is the conference being held? Burnaby North Secondary School, 751 Hammarskjold Drive, Burnaby, BC   V5B 4A1
7. What is the cost of a display table? $100.00
8. How do I pay? By cheque. Make the cheque payable to, BCSSTA
9. Where do I send the cheque? Please send cheques to: Marie-Josee Beaulieu, Moscrop Secondary School, 4433 Moscrop Street,
    Burnaby, BC V5G 2G3
10. When are the set-up times? Set-up times are 4PM, Oct 21.
11. What are the vendor hours? 8AM to 3PM
12. What are the take-down times? Vendor take-down time begins at 3:30PM
13. What about coffee or juice? Beverages will be available for vendors in an adjacent area to the displays.
14. What about lunch? Lunch vouchers can be pre-ordered for $10/person. Please add this amount to the cheque for
     your table rental.
15. Is the display area near the main conference activity? Yes.
16. Are all the displays located in one area? Yes.
17. Has consideration been given to staggering the lunch hour to accommodate viewing time? No.
18. Will vendors have access to lunch on site? Yes.
19. Will electricity be available? Yes, upon request.
20. Will tables be labeled and assigned for vendors to avoid a first-come-first-serve scramble? Yes.
21. Has a special time been set aside on the program for viewing of the displays? Yes.
22. Does the program state that the viewing of displays could be considered a "workshop" topic? Yes.
