Disabling Browser Popup Window Blocking
If your computer has a popup blocker installed it may be stopping you from opening our web page even though you asked to see the page. We have outlined how to disable popup blocking in several common applications below. Some blockers will also allow an individual popup through by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking the link.
Once popups have been enabled, you should be able to view the our page. You may want to re-enable your popup blocker after viewing the desired page.
To disable popup blocking in Internet Explorer with Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2:

- Launch Internet Explorer.
- From the Tools menu, select Pop-up Blocker, then Turn Off Pop-up Blocker. Alternatively, leave Pop-up Blocker on and add bctf.ca in the Allowed Sites list within Pop-up Blocker Settings.

To disable popup blocking in Netscape 7.x:

- Launch Netscape.
- From the Edit menu, choose Preferences.
- Expand Privacy and Security.
- Select Popup Windows.
- Under Popup Windows ensure the item Block Unrequested Popup Windows is unchecked. Alternatively, leave this option on, but enter bctf.ca in the Allowed Sites list.

To disable popup blocking in Firefox 1.x:

- Launch Firefox.
- From the Tools menu, choose Options.
- Select Web Features.
- Ensure Block Popup Windows is unchecked. Alternatively, leave this option on, but enter bctf.ca in the Allowed Sites list.

To disable popup blocking in Safari 2.x:
|
- Launch Safari.
- From the Safari menu, ensure Block Pop-up Windows is unchecked.

To disable popup blocking using Google's toolbar:
|
- Click the Options button on the Google toolbar.
- Within the Navigation section of the Browsing tab, ensure Popup Blocker is unchecked. Alternatively, you can allow popups for the active site by clicking the toolbar button indicating the number of blocked popups.

To remove popup blockers using Windows' Add/Remove Program tool:
|
- Click on the Start Button > Settings > Control Panels > Add/Remove Programs
- Look for the name of the program installed (i.e. NoAds)
- Select the program name and click Remove
- Follow any instructions you are given, then close the Control Panels

To disable 3rd party Pop-Up Blocking Software:
|
- Open the program
- Look for the options on the menu
- Check for a button to disable (some programs allow you to disable or pause them by right clicking on the programs system tray icon)
- Close the program
