The Federation Leadership Institute is designed to support local leadership in developing the knowledge, skills and attributes needed to fulfill your union roles in meeting the BCTF 2027-28 leadership priorities.
The November 2027 FLI offers in-depth selected workshops for all eligible delegates.
It will be held outside of Metro Vancouver.
