This lesson plan is intended for Mandarin Grade 10 class. Students will simulate restaurant experiences by role-playing the customer and the server’s role in a casual restaurant. Teacher will provide a structured restaurant menu with Chinese dishes for students to practice vocabulary and class will learn how to carry out a typical conversations in restaurants.
