AGM Roles

The AGM relies on many members in volunteer roles that work together to support the meeting and delegates.
As a delegate, were you aware you could reach out the Chairperson(s) (those not in the Chair) directly for assistance with navigating procedure or questions on the Standing Rules of Order?

As a delegate, were you aware you could reach out to the resolutions committee directly for assistance with resolutions, amendments and alternate wording?

As a delegate, were you aware you could reach out to the Ombudsperson directly for assistance in regard to harassment and/or member conflict?

Agenda

This year’s agenda was structured to include one less evening session. The remaining sessions were lengthened slightly to accommodate this change, but the overall amount of business time was approximately the same.
