The Federation Leadership Institute is designed to support local leadership in developing the knowledge, skills and attributes needed to fulfill your union roles in meeting the BCTF 2023-24 leadership priorities.
The November/December 2023 FLI offers in-depth selected workshops for all eligible delegates and additional delegates on Friday, December 1, and Saturday, December 2.
Women in Negotiations facilitators are eligible to attend on Thursday (New Local Officers and WIN facilitators only), Friday, and Saturday.
