- Find your BCTF Member ID number
- Update your contact information
- Change your phone number, email or mailing address
- Update your name
- Change your password
If you would prefer, you can update your information over the phone by calling Login Support at 1-800-663-9163 (local 2119) Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
