About this event

Representative assemblies take place three times a year where elected local representatives across the province come together to approve the BCTF’s budget, elect the Judicial Council and Committee of Ombudspersons, and make policy/procedure decisions for the Federation.

The representative assemblies for 2026–27 will take place in Victoria on November 13–14, 2026, in Richmond on February 5–6, 2027, and in Burnaby on May 28–29, 2027. A memo will be sent to local presidents, local representatives, and Executive Committee members this summer with travel and registration information.
